Cancellation & Refund Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Ground Handling & Supervision Services:

Any cancellation on Arrival and/or Departure requires a prior notice of 48 hours. The notice shall be sent via email ops@bizaviation.net. For short notice cancellation within 48- 24 hours, the flight might be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of ground handling, permit, slots and supervision fees. For short notice cancellation within 24 hours, the flight might be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of ground handling, permit, slots and supervision fees.

Charter Flights: As per the agreement

REFUND POLICY:

For short notice cancellation within 48-24 hours, the flight might be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of ground handling, permit, slots and supervision fees and refund will be processed with 14 working days.

Charter Flights: As per the agreement.

For short notice cancellation within 24 hours, the flight might be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of ground handling, permits, slots and supervision fees and no refund will be given.
